low water pressure irritated staff

The staff within operational roles lacked basic hotel etiquette. I had to chase people down to order food at the beach. Staff were not cute and seemed irritated. The water pressure in the bathroom was also LOW.

Wonderful Stay at this Great Hotel

friendly staff spacious bathroom

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was really big, and it had a great view from the balcony. I liked the spacious bathroom, and the double sinks were very useful. The rainfall shower was excellent, it had very good pressure.

A decent stay

clean room friendly staff slow check-in smelly pillows

My room was so clean, and it had a balcony with a nice view. I could see the ocean, and it were interesting to watch the boats. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was very nice. I appreciated their friendliness.

Check-in took a little while even though I had pre-booked. The pillows in the room had a odd smell. The duvet cover seemed like it had not been washed.

The manager called me before my stay to confirm my arrival time. She ensured my room would be ready. She also greeted me in the lobby. The room service was quick and efficient.

Housekeeping wasn't perfect. I did not find cutlery in the bedroom. I only had one water glass and two wine glasses. (I thought it was a bit odd.)

Acceptable stay

snow bath amazing staff helpful staff cold water major upgrade

The staff are helpfull. The snow bath in the spa were amazing. I enjoy the jacuzzi, also very nice. I have great memories of the hotel.

The kids pool water felt cold. The kids pool need a upgrade. I think they could make it nicer.
